Please see the DIAA Forms link on the top left for more information and a how-to video. MANDATORY BASELINE CONCUSSION TESTING
As part of Salesianum's ongoing care for the health of our athletes, all students participating in football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, ice hockey, rugby or lacrosse are required to complete Baseline Concussion Testing through our partnership with Nemours Children's Hospital every two years. Only the comprehensive testing at Nemours fulfills the school's requirement. Please call 302-485-7010, Option 2 to schedule an appointment.
The sequence of testing lasts about 45-60 minutes and the cost of the test is $55.00. Please complete the linked Baseline Concussion Test Authorization Form and bring it with you to the appointment. See the Concussion tab to the left for further information.
